In the former cowshed there are two 2-person guest rooms each with its private shower, toilet, terrace and outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and gas stove.
It is possible to order daily fresh bread from the local bakery. The fresh bread will be delivered to the guest room. Bread needs to be reserved the day before.
As our whole site is a non-smoking area, smoking in the rooms is also not allowed!
Prices per guest room (max. 2 persons):
- €75,00 per night
- Including: towels
- Excluding: final cleaning at €50,00
Extras:
- Fresh bread as per price list (to be ordered before 7 pm on the day before)
- Laundry €5.00 per batch, done by us for you
Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- For a booking request we will send you a confirmation by email and we require a deposit of 50% of the total value. This deposit must be transferred to our bank account within two weeks after receiving our confirmation. If the deposit is not paid within these two weeks, the reservation expires! Upon timely receipt of the deposit, the reservation is final and you will receive a confirmation from us.

The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival date.

Upon timely receipt of the final payment, you will receive another confirmation email.
We advise you to take out holiday insurance as we cannot offer refunds for cancellations or shorter stays.
Check in from 15.00h, check-out until 10.00h.
To be able to provide all of our guests a pleasant stay, we kindly ask every guest to follow the house rules of 'il bel sogno’.
